Heyy guys!! Welcome back to our blog! Hope you guys enjoyed reading our previous posts, and if you’re new, welcome to our blog post!! :) You are in for an exciting journey ahead!
This week, we have our team of documenters working really diligently on the script. They have gone to their Saras’ house for three times now and their blood and sweat is finally going to be paid off! This time, it will be the last visit to their lecturer’s house and the script will be finalised as the first draft to be sent to Clarity for their input. Aren’t you guys excited? This means we are closer to the drama! YAY!
Switching lenses to focus on the logistics team, they are also working diligently to come up with our budget so that it is realistic, and it is achievable. I am personally not good with numbers, so I am glad we have our logistics team to figure out what is best for the team!
Next up, we have the sponsorship team working hard to draft emails to propose to our beneficiaries and they are also helping our progs team to research on content to put for our exhibition booth! Can you imagine the amount of news articles and Google Scholar they have to read :0
AND FINALLY, after weeks, our publicity team is finalising the design of our shirt!! The design of the shirt looks amazing so that’s one more reason why you should come and see us in action on the day itself and looking good(haha jkjk)! Aside from the shirt, the publicity team are cracking their heads to come up with our poster design! So many developments from publicity and it makes us so excited!
Last but definitely not the least, our programmes and finance team are also working hard to make our event possible. They actually went out of school to source for logistics for the booths and they also came up with a set of briefing and debriefing guide for the volunteers. We can’t wait to see our experiential booths coming to life! Can you?
Now that we hyped you guys up for the event, be sure to keep a lookout on our next blog post and our next video! You’d never know what you will find and read! 😉
